Bremen sign Zidane

German champions Werder Bremen completed the loan signing of Egyptian striker Mohamed Zidane from Danish club FC Midtjylland on Friday. The 23-year-old Zidane will replace Greece international forward Angelos Haristeas, who was sold to Ajax Amsterdam for a reported fee of 4.9 million euros.
